The Little Fish in Hillcrest

Parking: Our home is on the corner of Midland and Louise Streets.  The driveway is accessed on Louise Street. Guests have use of one parking spot in the driveway.   If you have multiple cars, consider parking the extra cars on Midland in front of the main house. If you have an electric vehicle, we will share our charger, just ask!

Check-in/Check-out:  Check-in at 3 pm, Check-out at 11 am.  These times are negotiable with advance notice and availability.

Getting inside: There is a keypad entry on the front door.  Unless otherwise communicated, the door code is the last 4 digits of the booking guest’s phone number.  To lock the door when leaving, enter the door code or press the Schlage name at the top of the keypad.

Getting connected: Wireless network name: Little Fish    Password: littlefish401

Laundry:  The washer and dryer are free to use- laundry detergent and spray starch are provided.  Hint: the dryer start button is the same as the dryer signal- push to start.

Books:  Feel free to browse the books on the shelf.  Like a book? Feel free to take it with you, with the exception of the “100 Things to Do in Little Rock” and “50 Places to Camp Before You Die”-  we would like those to stay for all guests. Want a different book? The not-yet-world-famous “Leviathan Hall Little Free Library” is in front of the main house on Midland St. and is typically well stocked.

Shared spaces: There is a sitting area under the trees on the left side of the driveway.  This is a great place for tea or coffee. Feel free to join us if we are out there, but also know there are plenty of times when you will have that space all to yourself.

Other notes:  Hair dryer is under the sink.  Extra blankets, including an electric one, are in the white bookshelf divider.  Linens for the futon are in the closet in a wicker basket. Chargers for usb devices on top of roll top desk, next to the TV, and by the nightstand on the bed.
