more updates

Installed a new theme. This handles my current format a little better than the default. I stil have some work to do, but I really like this theme as the starting point.
I have re-arranged the Connections themes from Vanilla Mist so that it is mostly to my liking. The links to Login and Register (or Logout and Site Admin, depending on your state) are in an easy to find spot in the upper corner of the screen. I would appreciate any comments or suggestions. Folks using the Windows/Internet Explorer combo, I would be particularly interested in anything where the formatting seems “off”.
